Blogger and AdSense

I just received the email below and I wanted to post it (edited for personal info) with my response because I have gotten a couple emails about this recently:

"I have sign up for google adsense trough my blogger blog and yet I haven't receive an e-mail from google adsense to verify my e-mail. Is this just a normal process or just a hopeless sign?

Is it true that people said that to register with adsense, I cannot use free blog sites?

Need your help"

Hi,

Yes you can use AdSense with Blogger. AdSense and Blogger are both owned by Google and Google makes it easy to use. Follow these steps:

 Go to blogger.com.

 Log in.

 Click on CUSTOMIZE.

 Click on POSTING under DASHBOARD.

 Click on the ADSENSE tab under the TEMPLATE tab.

 Enter in all your information. Blogger will then register your account.

 Go to your adsense account. Copy your HTML codes (like I show in the video (http://youcreatewebsite.com/use-google-adsense-effectively-video-tutorial).

 Go back to Blogger and enter the HTML codes into the appropriate spaces and click SAVE.

 Then you should be ready to go. And to answer your question about the initial email--it can take a day or two before it comes (although it normally comes quickly so check your spam folder). I hope this helps.
